What happens to your progress and certificates if you cancel
Cancelling your subscription doesn't erase what you've already earned.

Certificates you've already earned are yours to keep — they don't disappear if you cancel or don't renew your membership. You'll still be able to log in with a Free account after your PRO membership ends, and any certificates already issued remain downloadable from My Learning > Download Certificates. What you lose access to is future access to courses that require an active PRO membership or that you didn't purchase individually.
