Free, Annual PRO and single course purchases aren't refundable; Corporate memberships have a 30-day guarantee.

- Free accounts: Nothing to refund — there's no charge.
- Single course purchases and Annual PRO Membership: Not eligible for a refund. You can still cancel PRO at any time to stop future renewal (see above), but the current paid period isn't refunded.
- Corporate Membership: Comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it's not working out for your organization within the first 30 days, contact us for a refund.
