You can cancel your Annual PRO Membership yourself at any time — you don't need to contact support. Go to My Account > Plans, find your Annual PRO subscription, and cancel it from there.
Cancelling stops your subscription from renewing, but it does not end your access immediately: you keep full PRO access for the rest of the year you already paid for, and it simply won't renew after that. There's no penalty or partial-refund calculation involved — you keep what you paid for, and it just doesn't continue.
