Anyone — not just the certificate holder — can confirm a CMES certificate is authentic using the Verify a certificate tool, without needing to log in. Just enter the certificate number shown on the certificate, and the tool will confirm it's valid and show the recorded details.
This is commonly used by EMS services verifying a new hire's continuing education records, or by regulators auditing compliance.
