Logging in, and resetting your password
What to do if you can't remember your password or your login isn't working.

Go to Login from the main menu and enter the email address you signed up with. If you've forgotten your password, use the "forgot password" link on the login page to have a reset link sent to your email.

- Make sure you're using the exact email address you registered with — if your service or employer set up your account, this may not be your personal email.
- Check your spam/junk folder for the password reset email.
- Login sessions are remembered for a couple of days by default (longer if you selected "Remember Me"), so if you're being logged out unexpectedly, check that your browser isn't blocking cookies.
