Free vs. PRO vs. buying a single course
Three ways to access CMES content — which one fits you depends on how much you need.

- Free account ($0): No credit card required. Gives you access to our free course(s), CME credit and a certificate for anything you complete, and unlimited attempts. Good for trying the platform or if you only need a course or two this year.
- Single course purchase: Buy one course outright without a subscription. You get one year of access to that course from the date of purchase, regardless of whether you finish it — see How long does access to a purchased course last.
- Annual PRO Membership: Unlimited access to the entire course catalogue for a year, plus priority support, live study sessions, and learning games. Makes sense if you expect to need more than one or two courses to complete your annual CE requirement.
If you're not sure which applies to you, a rough guide: if you only need one specific course, buy it individually. If you're not sure exactly which courses you'll need, or you know you'll need several, Annual PRO usually works out cheaper and simpler.
